Is Merida Mexico Actually Safe? | Real Talk

Is Merida really the safest city in Mexico? And what does that actually mean? Do crimes happen in Merida? My goal isn’t to alarm anyone… but it IS to keep things real. Staying aware and vigilant is always a smart thing… no matter how “safe” a city is considered!

Also, safety means so many different things… it’s not ONLY about the crimes. So whether Merida is the second safest city in the Americas or not, whether Mexico is safe or not, we should still keep our head on a swivel!
